I've never done Pilates — will I be lost? +

Nope. Every session is beginner-friendly and coached step by step, and most guys in the room are in the exact same boat. You won't be the odd one out — that's the whole point of a men-only room.

Isn't this a women's thing? +

The marketing is. The training isn't. Deep-core strength, hip and t-spine mobility, and stability are exactly what keep male lifters and runners healthy — pro athletes have trained this way for decades. KERN is built for how men actually train.

Will this actually carry over to lifting and running? +

That's the entire point. Stronger stabilizers, better mobility, and fewer tweaks mean your squat, your miles, and your Hyrox all get better — and hurt less. It's the layer that makes everything else you do work.

What do I need to bring? +

Just yourself and water. Bring a mat if you've got one — we keep spares — and wear whatever you'd normally train in. Show up ten minutes early and we'll handle the rest.
